Before our office may accept casework, we require you to sign an authorization form(s) to permit the Member of Parliament and/or her staff to contact any federal Department or agency on your behalf.

In all cases, we require your full legal name, home address and complete contact details.

If you opened a file with Oshawa's previous MP, you must sign a new authorization form.

If you reside north of Taunton Road within the City of Oshawa, you are a constituent of the Bowmanville–Oshawa North riding and must, instead, seek assistance from your own federal Member of Parliament.

Our office may only assist residents of the Oshawa constituency who reside south of Taunton Road within the City of Oshawa. If in doubt, please use this tool to locate your federal Member of Parliament.
