If you have a general enquiry for Rhonda or her team, or need assistance with a federal program, service, department or agency, please note that we are unable to open any new case files or work on an existing case until Rhonda is sworn in and has assumed her constituency and Parliament Hill offices, likely on or before Parliament is recalled on Monday, May 26, 2025.
Until that time, all requests for casework assistance (i.e.: immigration and refugee processing, CRA, GIS/CPP, Veterans Affairs, etc.) cannot proceed.
At that time, you will be required to sign an authorization form which permits the Member and/or her staff to advocate on your behalf. Similarly, if you opened a case file with Oshawa's previous MP, you will be required to sign a new authorization form before we can assist you or re-engage with an existing case.
If you do not reside in the electoral district of Oshawa (all residences south of Taunton Rd within the City of Oshawa, including those individuals residing on the south side of Taunton Rd), please do not fill out this form. You must seek assistance from your MP for the adjacent electoral districts of Bowmanville–Oshawa North (if you reside north of Taunton Rd in the City of Oshawa), Whitby, another Durham constituency, or further afield. You may locate your MP here. Rhonda and her staff must, at all times, prioritize communication with residents of the Oshawa constituency.
We're most grateful for your patience and understanding during this brief period of transition.
